Kynzie Oliver, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Kynzie Oliver has been working at the Aesthetics Clinic since December 2020.  Kynzie is a board-certified physician assistant and Montana native. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in biology from Rocky Mountain College in 2014 and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016 from Concordia University in Wisconsin. Upon graduation, Kynzie worked in family and emergency medicine, giving her a strong background of medical experience before transitioning into dermatology full-time. Kynzie started her career in dermatology in 2015 and has been dedicated to becoming a local skin care specialist ever since. Her love and passion for all things skin-related is evident in her engaging and welcoming bedside manner. From treating acne to screening for skin cancers, Kynzie enjoys seeing both pediatric and adult patients. For those with cosmetic concerns, Kynzie’s knowledge, enthusiasm and exacting eye for detail, make her one of the best injectors in Montana.  In her free time, Kynzie enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring Montana, and spending quality time with her husband and children.

Jeani Link-Purcell
Laser Technician, Esthetician, Skin Care Consultant, CPT, Permanent Makeup Artist

Jeani has been working at the Aesthetics Clinic since February of 2016. She is a Montana native where she attended The University of Montana, later transferring to Arizona State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology. Jeani has a strong passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. She is trained in advanced skin care and laser treatments, permanent makeup application and removal, and is also is a certified phlebotomist (CPT). When Jeani is not working, she enjoys being in the mountains, hiking, golfing, skiing, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Harris
Aesthetics Manager, Laser Technician, Esthetician, Skin Care Consultant, CPT, Permanent Makeup Artist

Kim has been working at the Aesthetics Clinic since January 2018. She brings experience and passion to her role as Esthetician/Laser Technician, with over 25 years’ experience in various roles within the skincare and beauty industry. She is trained in advanced skin care, laser treatments, permanent makeup application and is also is a certified phlebotomist (CPT). Kim understands that each person is unique and deserves to be treated in their own special way. Her goal for each person is healthy, beautiful skin. In her free time, Kim enjoys cooking for friends and family, traveling with her husband, Brad, and spending quality time with their children and grandchildren.

Cassidy Kinna
Laser Technician, Esthetician, Skin Care Consultant, CPT

Cassidy joined our office in 2022. She is a Montana native, who is a Licensed Esthetician, a Certified Laser Technician, and a certified phlebotomist (CPT). She received her training from Skin and Makeup Institute of Arizona and National Laser Institute. Cassidy has been in the Esthetic business for the past 5 years and brings a passion for skin and beauty. Cassidy started her dermatology career in Nashville developing a strong clientele. She deeply cares for her clients and wants them to feel their best. Cassidy provides exceptional service and care. When away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Percy. You can also find her out golfing and going to many sporting events.

Leslie Snyder
Aesthetic Receptionist

Leslie joined our office in June 2024 and has been a proud Montana resident for the past three years, relocating to Billings from California. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, she brings a wealth of skills from her previous roles in the food industry, cake decorator, and salon manager. Leslie was inspired to join our team after her daughter started seeing Dr. Riddle; she instantly fell in love with our office and staff. When the opportunity arose, she eagerly jumped at the chance to be part of our incredible team. A devoted user of the Epionce skincare line, Leslie has already seen amazing results and is excited to share her passion for skincare with others! In her spare time, Leslie enjoys playing board games, tackling escape rooms, and crafting. She loves shopping for and making her own holiday decor—especially for Halloween, when her house truly comes alive! Most of all, she cherishes spending time with her best friends: her three daughters.

Michelle Qualls, MBA, CPC
Practice Manager

Michelle Qualls has been the practice manager at Billings Dermatology & Aesthetics since July of 2008. She graduated from MSU-Billings with a degree in Business Finance and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Montana. Michelle worked in the healthcare field in strategic planning and practice management for 10 years before joining the office. She also comes from a military background, having proudly served 4 1/2 years in the US Army. Michelle is married with two daughters, and in her spare time enjoys fixing things and spending time with friends and family.
