Medicare: We are happy to file claims for Medicare Part B and Medicare supplement plans. You will be responsible for your plan’s coinsurance and copay.
Medicaid: This office is not a participant in the Montana or Wyoming Medicaid Programs. You may still choose to be seen in our office but you will be responsible for payment.
Commercial Plans: As members of Rocky Mountain Health Network, our dermatology providers are contracted with most major commercial insurance companies. However, since there are hundreds of payers in our region, network statuses are always subject to change. Please contact your plan administrator to confirm your in/out of network status. You will be responsible for your plan’s coinsurance and copay.
Self-Pay: Self-pay patients may qualify for a 15% discount for payment in full at time of service in our Dermatology office.
Cosmetic Procedures: We do not bill insurance for cosmetic procedures; payment must be made at the time of service.
